After our first videos with 8 games running on Google's cloud gaming platform , today you can watch Assassin's Creed Odyssey, Tom Clancy's The Division 2, Final Fantasy XV, Metro Exodus and Rise of the Tomb Raider. Again, the videos were captured in 1440p via Chrome.

Final Fantasy XV has finally hit the sunny shores of PC gaming, so we have put our GTX 1080 Ti to good use to give you some high quality footage to watch. The 4 Nvidia graphics options available are pretty demanding, but even without them on, maintaining a steady 60 fps frame rate in 4K is not achievable when the rest of the game is set to the highest setting. What we did is we scaled down the 4K resolution to 75% and only left Nvidia Hairworks and Nvidia VXAO on for the first 3 videos, while we deactivated VXAO in the last one but turned on the other 3 (Nividia Hairworks, Nvidia Turf Effects and Nvidia Shadowlibs). Final Fantasy XV will finally arrive on PC in March but [url=benchmark.finalfantasyxv.com/]you can now try the game's benchmark[/url] to see if your rig can handle one of the 3 graphics modes available (lite, standard and high, just like on consoles). You can choose between 3 resolutions (720p/1080p/4K) and activate HDR on Windows 10. Apparently, the high mode is pretty demanding, even with our INNO3D iChiLL GeForce GTX 1080 Ti X3 Ultra, which is probably because this mode features Nvidia technology such as Turf Effects, HairWorks and Flow. If you plan on playing the game in 4K, be aware that it will probably not run at a steady 60 fps, even in standard mode, so you'll have to make a few compromises or play in Lite mode.

We just received an Xbox One version of Final Fantasy XV so we can finally propose a few videos showing the game on Xbox One X. Inside, you'll see the different graphics modes included in the game, the best option to truly enjoy it still being the High mode from what we've seen. Since we had to start a new adventure, we can only show you the first area of the game, but hopefully, it'll be more than enough to decide which mode you prefer.

We've been waiting for months for the PS4 Pro patch for Final Fantasy XV and it is now available. Sadly, the game only runs at 60 fps when it can, which we have not even been able to see yet as the game seems more comfortable around 40 something frames per second. No option to lock the famerate at 30 like before if you can't stand a fluctuating framerate (we'll probably have to wait another couple of months for that). The only possibility is then to play with the high quality mode and its horrible frame pacing issues (you didn't expect them to be fixed in this patch, did you?). Well, well...

If you expected to read a full (or even partial) review of Final Fantasy XV on Gamersyde, you're in for a big surprise. Indeed, Square-Enix did not consider us worthy of giving you our opinion about the game, so that's why we we were only sent a code today. Thankfully, one of our contacts at a local retailer was kind enough to lend us a PS4 copy last Wednesday, and we have been working hard at preparing a fair amount of videos ever since. We hope you'll be able to do without a full review, especially since the real professionals have their own up by now, which we advise you to check out.
